This was my first time visiting this wonderful place! The owner is an amazing person with great skillset. I was so afraid to do my eyebrows but she was so quick and easy! Then I went in for a facial! Superb experience. I slept for sometime with her facial massage. One thing to say- I have found my place to treat my face with care!
I had such a wonderful experience at Star Beauty Spa! I was looking for a new place closer to home for eyebrow threading, and I’m so glad I found her. All I told her was that I wanted my eyebrows threaded, and she created such a beautiful shape. My brows are clean, balanced, and still look full and natural. You can tell she has a natural talent and a great eye for shaping brows. She was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. We had such a nice conversation, and she genuinely made me feel cared for—not just like another appointment. That personal touch made the experience even better. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for beautiful, natural eyebrow threading in the Lake in the Hills area, I highly recommend Star Beauty Spa!
I can’t recommend this salon enough! The owner is incredibly talented, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. She takes the time to listen, offers honest recommendations, and makes sure you leave feeling your absolute best. The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the personalized attention makes every visit special. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering amazing results. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!
Today was my first time at this location and I was very pleased with the service and shaping of my brows. She listened to my concerns and requests and talked me through all of the steps and showed me exactly what she was thinking and wanted to do. Both of my brows are very different and are a work in progress and she was able to clean them up and give them shape rather than just being a block of hair on my face :) I will be back in 3-4 weeks as I continue to grow out my brows and shape them.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Star Beauty Spa! Gagan, the owner, is truly the best — a real artist at what she does. I have trusted her with my eyebrows for years and I won’t let anyone else touch them. She has an incredible eye for detail and always makes them look absolutely perfect. She offers so many other services as well, and everything is done with the same level of care and professionalism. She’s always so kind, accommodating, and somehow manages to fit you in when you need it. The spa is clean, welcoming, and runs so smoothly. If you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work, Gagan is your girl. Highly, highly recommend! 💕✨
